MHA MacIntyre Hudson's corporate finance team has helped Guernsey-based tech investment firm, SuperSeed Capital Limited, list on the AQSE Growth Market.
The MHA MacIntyre Hudson corporate finance team provided specialist reporting accountants services on the admission of SuperSeed Capital Limited to the Access segment of the AQSE Growth Market.
The negotiations were led by the firm's head of capital markets, Robin Stevens and corporate finance partner and transaction services leader, Rob Dando and supported by a multidisciplinary team from across MHA and Baker Tilly,

SuperSeed was incorporated in Guernsey in 2021.
It has raised £2,000,000 through the issue of new Ordinary Shares and will invest as a fund-of-funds in technology-led innovation primarily through unquoted funds managed by SuperSeed Ventures.
