Marlow: Corporate law firm Moorcrofts boosts team with new hires

Leading corporate law firm Moorcrofts has made four significant new hires since the start of the year, as part of its ongoing strategy for future growth.

The new team members at the Marlow-based firm are:

  • Lindsey Abbott, employment solicitor
  • Adam Forder, corporate solicitor
  • Sven Kai Cornelsson, technology solicitor
  • Mahmood Majid, technology solicitor

The new appointments bring the number of lawyers at Moorcrofts to 24 with eight partners, making it one of the largest and most experienced corporate and commercial legal teams in the Thames Valley region.

The team regularly work in collaboration advising a high calibre of clients in complex and niche areas of law, undertaking some of the most specialist transactions in the area.

In announcing the new arrivals, Teri Hunter, Moorcrofts CFO and head corporate, said: “I’m delighted to be able to announce these four new appointments.
