James joins as transaction services director and will work closely with colleagues in the lead advisory and tax teams to deliver a one-stop service for all forms of corporate transaction.

Prior to joining Wilson Partners, James spent over 11 years with BDO in Reading, London and Chicago, covering audit, business restructuring and transaction services. He has over seven years of transactional experience, working on over 100 engagements spanning business reviews, acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, working capital reviews, capital markets, vendor assist and bank financing. He has worked with a host of management teams, private equity, banks, ABLs and lawyers, on deals ranging from £1 million to £250m, and is well connected in the community.

Dhuna joins from PwC in Reading as corporate finance executive. He has over five years’ experience working with a wide range of businesses from listed companies to owner-managed businesses within sectors including food and drink, pharmaceuticals and financial services. Dhuna will work to deliver advice and assist on deal execution across company acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts (MBOs).

Adam Wardle, head of corporate finance, said: “We are thrilled to add the expertise, experience and enthusiasm of Dan and Neeraj to our team. This further enhances our offering to business owners, management teams and equity houses in the Thames Valley and London. The enhancement of our transaction services capability will serve our clients well as we continue to invest in this exciting part of our business.”
