Guildford: Stevens & Bolton appoint 5 partners

Legal firm Stevens & Bolton LLP has promoted five of its senior associates to the partnership. The appointments are:

Allis Beasley Real estate litigation

Joe Bedford Corporate

Beverley Flynn Commercial

Nicola Harries Family & matrimonial

James Waddell Corporate

These promotions bring to seven the number of new partners at the firm in recent months, along with recent high profile lateral hires David Wilkinson (IP, from Bristows) and Matthew Needham-Laing (construction, from Fenwick Elliott).

The firm has also announced turnover growth of 12% and PEP in excess of £300k for the first time, for the financial year ending 30 April 2007.

Managing partner Richard Baxter commented: “These new partners, plus recent top quality lawyer hires and our continuing financial success, reflect the progress we are making on all fronts. With total partners and staff numbers increasing by 15% over the year, our team has never been stronger.”
