Adrian Moss, a trust and personal tax specialist and one of Eprivateclient’s 2014 ‘Top 35 under 35', has been promoted to associate director in the Penningtons Manches’ private client team. He joined the firm in 2002 and manages the personal and trust tax compliance services for the firm’s clients.
Based in the Godalming office, Moss has considerable experience in the taxation of UK trusts, individuals, beneficiaries of non-residence trusts and remittance basis-users. His expertise covers a wide variety of family situations for which he and his team provide a full legal and administrative service to trustees, executors and individuals.
Commenting on his promotion, Penningtons Manches private client team partner Clare Archer said: “Adrian’s promotion is much deserved. He and his team are the unsung heroes who provide valuable support for one of the largest legal private client teams in the country, giving our clients much-needed reassurance that their tax position is returned to HMRC promptly and accurately.”
