Foot Anstey subsidiary Enable Law appoints new clinical negligence legal director
Enable Law, a Foot Anstey subsidiary which has offices in Southampton, has appointed Stewart Young as legal director of its clinical negligence team.
Stewart previously worked for Stewarts Law, where he specialised in clinical negligence claims involving catastrophic injury. He has experience acting for several healthcare regulators, such as the General Medical Council.
Stewart said: "I am excited to embark on this new challenge with Enable Law. The firm has gone from strength-to-strength in recent years and is well known for its specialist approach to complex matters. I am looking forward to meeting the team and getting stuck in."

Stewart has also acted for individuals on cases including spinal injury, brain injury, birth injury, blindness, psychiatric, fatal and delay in diagnosis of severe sepsis cases. He has proven experience in bringing complex maximum severity claims to the High Court in London.
He is both an Accredited Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a member of the charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA).
