Guildford's Eagle Eye Solutions, an SaaS tech company, has revealed that the three year loyalty contract it signed in 2022 is with Canada's Hudson's Bay.

The Canadian department store adds to Eagle Eye's growing presence in North America.

It currently has 85 stores across the continent and now will make use of Eagle Eye's AIR platform and mobile loyalty services to relaunch its digital loyalty programme later this month.

Eagle Eye's AIR platform will enable Hudson's Bay to launch a real-time, omnichannel loyalty programme, targeting its six million loyalty members, through integrating to their existing technology stack.

This contract win reflects Eagle Eye's continued expansion and growing global recognition.

The company has recently won contracts through a number of different avenues, including one of its acquisitions, Untie Nots, winning its first contract in Singapore in May this year.

Tim Mason, Chief Executive of Eagle Eye, said: "We are delighted to be supporting such an iconic brand as Hudson's Bay in relaunching their loyalty programme.

''This contract strengthens our presence in North America, a growing digital promotions market, and presents an exciting opportunity for the business as we increase our market share and capitalise on the growing demand for our AIR platform."
