Marlow-based corporate lawyers Moorcrofts LLP has advised the shareholders of Reading’s Dynamic Planner on a capital investment by software-focused private equity growth firm FPE Capital LLP.

Dynamic Planner will use the investment to support the expansion of their business across the UK and Europe.

The transaction was led bv Moorcrofts’ corporate partner, William Pearce, supported by Mohsin Shabbir and Adam Forder (corporate associate solicitors), Peter Vass(technology solicitor), Julia Ferguson (commercial property partner), Lindsey Abbott (employment associate solicitor) and Nouara Mokrane (corporate paralegal).

William Pearce said: “We have worked with Dynamic Planner for many years and are delighted to have been able to support them in this exciting transaction. We are sure that Dynamic Planner will go from strength to strength and we wish Ben and his team all the best moving forward at this exciting time for the Company.”

Dynamic Planner, who were established in 2003, provide a risk-based financial planning system. Their SaaS platform serves almost 40 per cent of wealth advisory firms and more than 150 asset managers, profiling more than £250 billion in assets. The firm expect their annual license revenues to exceed £10 million this year.
