Fiona Wilson is rejoining asb law as a partner in their Family Law team. Fiona, who will be based in asb law's Maidstone offices, originally joined asb law in 2000, was made partner in 2001 and became Head of the Family Law team in 2003. She left the firm in 2004 to join south east lawyers Vizards Wyeth, also as Head of Family.

Wilson is a highly regarded lawyer advising married and unmarried couples on all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, prenuptial agreements, pension arrangements and asset protection planning. She has represented high-net-worth clients in cases both regionally and in the High Court.

Fiona Wilson said: "It’s an exciting time to be rejoining asb. The firm has a clear vision for the future, and the Family team has a very strong reputation. I'm really looking forward to working with both new and long-standing clients and helping to build on the team's success."

She is a Kent committee member of Resolution and writes regularly for legal and general publications. She also lectures on family law matters.
