Clear Vision Financial Management celebrates Apprentice’s exam success
Hampshire-based accounting firm Clear Vision Financial Management has celebrated the recent exam success of Ashleigh Earle.
Ashleigh joined as an apprentice in September 2021 and was the firm’s first ever apprentice; she has now completed her Association of Accounting Technicians Level 2 foundation course.
Her studies saw her attending Eastleigh College once per week and gaining on-the-job experience at Clear Vision Financial Management for the remainder.
Ashleigh Earle, Accounting Apprentice, said: “I was always interested in working in the accounting profession and the opportunity to study as an Apprentice was perfect. I have gained my AAT Level 2 qualification whilst gaining valuable on the job experience at Clear Vision Financial Management.”

Ashleigh studied a variety of topics at Eastleigh College, such as bookkeeping, sales and purchase ledger, costing and other elements. At CVFM, she was able to gain on the job experience in processing data entry, training on Xero and preparing VAT returns and monthly payrolls.
Having now completed her AAT Level 2, she is going to continue her studies whilst being supported at CVFM.
