Founded in 1996, Six Physio has grown to comprise nine clinic sites in and around London with
a team of more than 60 talented clinicians.

It has established an exceptional reputation for the quality of its clinical services among private medical insurers, self-paying patients, and the physiotherapy community.

Ascenti is partnering with the business following a period of significant growth.

Over the last 12 months, it has seen a 300% increase in demand for some of its musculoskeletal services and, as a result, Ascenti recently launched a recruitment drive to grow its team of clinicians by almost 50%.

In recent years Ascenti has enhanced its stronghold in London having opened 12 new clinics within the last two years, adding to its portfolio of 300+ sites nationwide.

Six Physio will initially continue to operate as a separate business, with no immediate changes to operations or brands. However, in the longer term it is anticipated that both teams will work
more closely together to explore opportunities to link clinical expertise and delivery models.

Stephanie Dobrikova, CEO of Ascenti, said: “I’m delighted to welcome the Six Physio team to the Ascenti group. Six Physio has built an exceptional reputation in private physiotherapy through their strong presence across London. We are thrilled to now be partnering with Six to deliver new growth while continuing to drive innovation in physiotherapy, as part of our mission to deliver the very best care to a rapidly growing patient base across the country.”

Matt Todman, Founder & Clinical Director of Six Physio, added: “This is a really exciting and
great opportunity for Six Physio to join forces with the power and might of Ascenti. I’ve always
believed that what is best for the patient is to have a motivated, clinically astute and eager
team behind them. This deal ticks all the boxes and I can’t wait to expand and up our MSK
provision, working together with Ascenti to bring more fantastic physio to more people in more
places.”
