Bristol's Amdaris snapped up by US-based global tech giant Insight Enterprises
Bristol-based software specialist Amdaris has been snapped up by the US-based global tech giant Insight Enterprises - a Fortune 500 company.
Amdaris is an award-winning software and digital firm with service delivery centres in several eastern European countries and it says the deal, among other factors, underlines the significant IT potential of the region.

Through the acquisition, Insight will add Amdaris’ software development, application support, managed services and consultancy services to the former's broad portfolio of solutions and IT supply chain capabilities.

Joyce Mullen, president and CEO of Insight, noted that the deal would help the group to deliver a broader range of services and solutions to clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
