Wokingham: Xeretec acquires Landscape Group in 'game-changing' move

A new managed print powerhouse has been created following Wokingham-based Xeretec’s announcement that it has acquired Landscape Group, the UK’s most accredited HP managed print solutions specialist.

The acquisition brings together two of the UK’s largest resellers of print brands Xerox and HP in a move that gives customers more choice over document imaging devices and related services and support. The 'best of breeds' move also combines technical knowledge, toolsets, service capabilities and market expertise.

Founded in 1996 and independently-owned, the Landscape Group brand will remain. It will continue to be based at Horndean, Hampshire, and to ensure consistency and assurance for its customers, all customer relationships, service and support will be served uninterrupted by the Landscape staff.
