As 2020 progresses, businesses are emerging into a different landscape. Over the last six months the magazine industry has adapted quickly to support readers, and the advertising community and Business & Innovation Magazine will continue to do so, as regional businesses look forward.

Good quality regional magazines are exceptionally effective at serving business communities. They deliver a healthy dose of positivity and persuasion along with essential regional news to help people and companies make the most of any situation – even one as challenging as a global pandemic.

Covid-19 is resetting attitudes and behaviour. It has bought about the biggest full stop for brands and consumers that is likely to occur in our lifetimes, leaving many advertisers and marketers with significant short and long-term planning challenges. There has not been a sector or brand unaffected, that’s not needed to pause and take stock.

Business owners are re-evaluating their choices. Price is certainly playing a role, but brand trust is becoming more important too. Achieving meaningful connection with potential customers has always been a route to stronger long-term brand performance. All brands know that relevance matters, and this feels particularly pertinent right now. Being appropriate to the time and circumstances can both strengthen your brand for longer term growth and activate and drive short term buyer decisions.

Magazines can help brands by driving relevance in both the long and short term and build meaningful connections to their audiences via passionate, positive and authentic content.

Magazine’s digital platforms have seen incredible growth during this period as readers looked for help, advice and relevant news sources and our Business & Innovation Magazine digital stats are proof of this.  We have seen a huge rise in our online readers for the magazine and you can read more on this here: www.businessinnovationmag.co.uk/rise-in-online-readership-of-business-innovation-magazine-beats-national-figures/

Since March, Business & Innovation Magazine has invested time and money in our B2B daily news website to widen our window to the world for regional businesses which, more than ever, need to raise their profile to keep the business community well-informed, reveal new business opportunities and celebrate success.

The amount of content on our vast and growing B2B website, e-newsletters and targeted social media channels has soared. We have achieved record numbers of visitors and readers since March with engagement to the region’s business community through our digital channels at an all-time high.

Due to these unprecedented times, we haven’t produced our printed issue since March, but with many businesses now looking forward, we are now being asked for information on our next issue. We are pleased to say we will be bringing back our printed magazine again in the New Year with a March issue to be published in time to kick of the spring of 2021.

In the meantime, thanks to three years of successful growth, Business & Innovation Magazine has a strong brand, a very loyal senior B2B audience and efficient digital means to reach them.

Kirsty Muir, Commercial Director and Co-founder of the business, said: “As magazine publishers we are here to help advertisers bounce back and offer a highly relevant and trusted positive B2B media platform to connect with their customers. Companies trading through this crisis need to maintain awareness of their products and services, and Business & Innovation Magazine is the ideal platform to do this”

Businesses and organisations across the region are currently using our specially devised digital packages to promote their business during this time.

These packages include a mix of digital brand adverts, plus article content pieces on both our B2B website and twice-weekly B2B e-newsletters, along with being shared across our extensive social media channels. This mix offers a great way to keep business profiles high and at the forefront of the regions business community at a time when companies and business owners are highly engaged online and looking for information, products and services.

Business & Innovation Magazine’s targeted audience is ideal for those who want to engage with the business community, share their business story and show visibility of their brand, products, services and teams expertise.
