Ultima launches new office in South Africa and appoints Prins as country manager
Reading-headquartered Ultima, which provides AI powered managed services, has established a new office in South Africa and appointed Andre Prins as country manager there.
The new office, which is now up and running, complements Ultima's existing investments in the UK, Australia, Singapore, and the USA, and aims to leverage the region’s thriving technology industry and diverse talent pool.

The company said Prins brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the technology and mobile communications sectors, having held prominent positions in NTT, Dimension Data and Vodacom.
He will drive its new service operations in Cape Town, South Africa, aligning with Ultima’s globalisation vision and CX values.

The firm has been selected to deliver all eight lots of the framework. TePAS2 aims to offer public sector bodies in the UK a reliable, efficient, and compliant channel for procuring technology products and services.
