The Head Partnership, which has offices in Henley-on-Thames and Reading and whose motto is "certainly not your average solicitors", was formed in 1991 and is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. It has grown from three people to seven partners and a staff of 37.

Renowned for its property, family and private-client work, its reputation in company law and commercial contracts has grown and developed and the firm has this year launched two products.

The first is Team Legal 24/7, a fixed-price annual retainer creating the benefit of an 'in-house legal department' for businesses which need that level of support without the responsibility of maintaining the resource.

The second is Fixed Price Due Diligence, which takes the form of an investigation and reports on either a client’s business by way of review, or on a target business or businesses.
