Purpose Software based in High Wycombe, the UK’s leading supplier of service-management software to document and print-management solution providers, has appointed industry veteran Ian Melrose as business development consultant.
He has over 20 years’ experience of the copier industry and joins from CityDocs where he was head of professional services, and responsible for establishing a new business support team. Prior to this, he was digital solutions manager for Océ, and a solutions specialist at the NRG Group.
Mike Burke, managing director of Purpose Software, said: “His industry knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to develop new software to maintain our market leadership while meeting the evolving needs of the reseller channel.”
