Stuart Allen, head of Paris Smith's growing property finance legal team, has collected a Gold Award in recognition of outstanding service in 2013 from key client InterBay Commercial, part of the OneSavings Bank PLC group.
He said: "It is a real partnership working with InterBay and we strive to deliver a first-class service when dealing with property finance work, so I am delighted for the whole team to have received this recognition."
Senior partner Nick Vaughan said: "This is a fantastic result for Stuart and the whole team. I know that they have worked exceptionally hard to make sure they provide the highest standard of care and attention for one of the firm's key clients."
Paris Smith's six-strong property finance team acts for lenders and borrowers on property backed finance deals ranging from small business loans to multi millions pound facilities. Turnaround times are often measured in days rather than weeks or months, which has caught the attention of the market and received praise from finance brokers and InterBay's key partners alike.
