Southampton: Moore Blatch advises shareholders of Opus Telecom on sale to NIX
Moore Blatch solicitors has advised shareholders of Opus Telecom and its subsidiary Phipps Communications on the company’s sale to NIX Communications Group, whose size is consequently set to double and its turnover set to rise to nearly £12 million a year.
