Serviced office provider, Arena Business Centres, has acquired two buildings in Southampton which will be fully refurbished to provide a high-quality business centre.

The buildings comprise 35,000 sq ft of office space and are located close to the cosmopolitan Oxford Street with its bars, restaurants and shops. Ready for occupancy towards the end of the year, the centre will further add to Arena’s portfolio, delivering five business centres across the South West.

"The Southampton site adds to thriving centres in Ferndown, Poole and two centres in Fareham, all of which are enjoying strong occupancy levels," said Sharron Domanska, operations director. "Such levels are fostered by three-month licence agreements, the ability to upsize and downsize with ease and a modern business environment.

"After an extensive search this site will deliver a well-placed business centre location in the city. This centre will build on a strong and growing Arena portfolio, providing vibrant business centres and a flourishing business community."

Arena Business Centres provides a range of serviced offices, studios and workshops within a business centre environment, with on-site parking, meeting rooms, business lounges and office services to ensure companies can work with ease and comfort.
