Leading law firm Lester Aldridge has strengthened its south coast presence with three new associates and a new solicitor who have joined various teams across the Bournemouth and Southampton offices.
In Southampton, two new associates, Sonya Kumar and Nicola Sutton, have joined the real estate team. Kumar advises on a range of commercial property matters and Sutton specialises in property development.
In addition, Melia Hirst has joined the insolvency team in Southampton. Hirst advises on insolvency and restructuring matters. She acts for insolvency practitioners, banks and financiers as well as directors of insolvent companies.
The most recent addition to the firm is Claire Helling, who has joined the employment team based in Bournemouth. Helling works for a variety of companies, providing them with straightforward, practical advice on matters including performance management of staff, disciplinary and grievance issues, settlement agreements and drafting policies and contracts.
