The south’s business men and women are invited to the popular Solent Business Ball to take place in Hampshire on July 19.

An excellent networking opportunity – and partnered by Grant Thornton, Clarke Willmott and Southampton Solent Business School – this black tie event hopes to attract representatives from the Solent’s diverse business community for an evening of fine food and entertainment, while also raising money for The Countess Mountbatten Hospice.

A drinks reception, three-course meal with wine, music and dancing will be enjoyed in the Mike Channon Suite at St Mary's Stadium, Southampton.

The ball is organised by Young Chartered Accountants Group (part of SOSCA), South Hampshire Junior Lawyers Division and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Matrics).

Adam Mason, manager at Grant Thornton and member of the ball's organising committee, said: "The success of this event is its ability to bring together the Solent business community. It will be an ideal opportunity to build on existing relationships with clients and colleagues and an opportunity to meet new contacts from across the region."
