We were delighted to be announced as winners in the North Worcestershire Business leaders calendar competition and featured in the month of December, which provided a prize of free PR.
We are passionate about the enabling Deaf people equal on on-demand access to products, services and events. We enable companies to increase their accessibility to ensure they are meeting the Equalities Act and are not missing out on business from the 11 million Deaf people within the UK. We help companies understand the Deaf community through Deaf Awareness training and make their information and messages understood by the Deaf community. We are based in Alvechurch, South Birmingham, however we have contracts all over the UK, from Scotland to Plymouth!

We are the only UK based agency offering all types of communication support for Deaf people in person and on-demand our video interpreting app. Our video Interpreting app provides instant access to a qualified British Sign Language Interpreter via a tablet/smartphone/computer or via a link on an organisations website. Deaf people can instantly communicate at A&E, purchase goods within a store, call an organisation to book an appointment, ask advice or buy a service etc. The services we provide enable Deaf people to communicate with each and every organisation as a hearing person would, however using their first or preferred language of British Sign Language. The addition of the video link on a website, also improves the accessibility rating of that company’s website.
Our services increase customer and patient experience and enable organisations to access a pool of disabled talented employees.
Winning the calendar competition and the PR that followed, enabled us to launch our Interpreterslive! service onto Bromsgrove High street so that the high street became more accessible for profoundly Deaf customers!
