PwC was named Due Diligence Team of the Year at last night's Thames Valley Deals Awards - with Crowe Clark Whitehill being Highly Commended in the category.

The highly-regarded PwC Reading team has doubled in size in the past year and its roster of deals range from Micro Focus (ongoing), to TI Automotive, De La Ruse, Hogg Robinson Group, Valeo Foods, Waterlogic, and Aveva Group plc.

The judges wanted to acknowledge the exceptionally high quality of the nominations in this category – and so named Crowe Clark Whitehill as Highly Commended.

The firm has invested significantly in its DD capability in Reading over the past 18 months. It completed 12 deals in the year including high-profile Roc Technologies and Tempcover transactions.
