Thames Valley, West London and Home Counties law firm, IBB Solicitors is responding to client demand and expanding into the heart of Reading by opening a six partner office.

Based at The Blade, RG1, the office will deliver IBB’s unique brand of bold, commercial and practical advice to existing clients and new. Services provided by its offices in this iconic Reading landmark include: corporate, commercial, employment, immigration, dispute resolution, real estate and private client.

The team includes well-known faces Adam Dowdney, head of corporate and commercial and now also head of the Reading Office and Richard Devall, employment, business immigration and foreign direct investment.  The partner team will also include commercial litigation and ADR expert Paul Kite, commercial property, banking and finance partner Gemma Coles and Jon Mowbray, head of IBB’s award-winning real estate group. Finally, Russell Hallam, private client partner and former managing partner of recently merged-firm Turbervilles will provide private client services and advice to owner-managers.

This latest move by IBB aligns with its clear vision to put its clients at the centre of everything it does. The opening of the office in Reading will help it to provide the best legal provision to organisations and individuals in the Thames Valley, West London and the Home Counties. The office continues IBB’s strategy of aligning our international offering to businesses from Heathrow along the Thames Valley to Reading.

Adam Dowdney, head of the Reading Office said: “In my three years at IBB I have seen a significant growth and development in the corporate and commercial sector in the wider Thames Valley region, and have been pleased that so many clients have come to put their trust in our service.  Coming back into Reading, bringing a broader perspective and giving our clients insight, independence and objectivity, is the next logical step.”

Joanna DeBiase, managing partner, IBB Solicitors said; “Adam and his team have proved again and again that this is a thriving region full of ambitious companies that we are proud to be associated with. The areas of West London, Thames Valley and the Home Counties from which we operate are dynamic and growing. I am pleased to be demonstrating our vision to a wider audience.”
