Reading: Blandy & Blandy advises on reorganisation and £6.5m sale of Stontronics to Stadium plc

Blandy & Blandy's corporate team, led by partner David Few and assisted by associate solicitor Peter Woolley and solicitor Christopher Wilson, has successfully advised on the sale of Stontronics, a UK-based manufacturer and distributor, to Stadium Group in a deal worth £6.5 million.

The team was supported by commercial property partner John Dingle and solicitor Julian Spence. The deal involved a pre-sale re-organisation involving the sale by Stontronics of its luxury garden furniture business to Branston Enterprises, which will continue to operate from its premises in Reading.

Based in Reading since 1988, Stontronics is a leading global provider of power supply units, transformers, convertors and adaptors.
