Cybersecurity firm Rapid7 relocating to new premises in Reading

Cybersecurity firm Rapid7 is taking up new enlarged premises in Reading.

M&G Real Estate have signed a ten year lease with Rapid7, on a 22,616 sq ft property at 2 Forbury Place.

Relocating from its current premises in Theale, Rapid7 will occupy the first floor of the building in what is believed to be one of the largest office leasing deals of the year in the Thames Valley area.

The 14,116 sq ft expansion indicates the company’s focus on its workforce by selecting a workspace that benefits from excellent connectivity, exceptional infrastructure, and a vast array of amenities.

Forming part of the wider Forbury Place estate – an established business district comprising 600,000 sq ft of office space over three buildings, Rapid 7 joins a high-quality line up of tenants across the portfolio including KPMG, SSE, PWC and Osborne Clarke.
