Property firm SHW appoints Connor as associate director
The Hampshire office of property consultancy Stiles Harold Williams (SHW) is to welcome James Connor who joins the building consultancy department (BCD) as associate director.
He will be working alongside partner and head of SHW’s BCD team Ryan Carson, who said: "It’s great to have James on board.

"He brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts across the industry and will be a great asset to the whole team."
Connor joins from Cadogan Estates where he spent more than two years as a building surveyor and project manager of retail, office, public realm schemes and high-end residential refurbishments. He has also worked for Cushman & Wakefield and BMO Real Estate Partners.
Newly appointed Connor said: "I’m delighted to now be heading back into property advisory, working with a well-established, strong, and well-respected building consultancy team, as well as working closely with individuals across all of SHW’s service lines."
