Poole-based Mploy Staffing Solutions has been named as a leader in people management practice globally, having been ranked third in the Gold Employer of The Year category at the annual Investors in People Awards.

The Awards celebrate the best people management practices amongst Investors in People accredited businesses. Winners were announced at a spectacular awards ceremony and dinner at Old Billingsgate, London.

The Awards provide the opportunity to benchmark against high-performing organisations globally. This year the 12 award categories focused on the main elements of what it means to be an Investor in People, from Excellence in Leadership and Management, to Excellence in Social Responsibility to Leader of the Year and Best Newcomer. Those who ranked at this year’s ceremony represent the companies who have fully embraced the IIP mission to unlock organisational success by realising the potential of their people. They are truly outperforming and impressive companies who value employees as the core of their business.

Mark Nash, co-founder and finance director, Mploy, said: It is a privilege to be ranked third for Gold Employer of The Year, a clear indication of the dedication and hard- work the team has invested in the business. Mploy being awarded Gold accreditation demonstrates our organisation’s commitment to high performance through good people management and that its people are going above and beyond to ensure its on-going success.”

Matt Swift, co-founder and board director, Mploy, added: We’re thrilled to come away with this award and especially proud that Mploy has been selected as a Gold Company of the Year. These awards reward the hard work and dedication of our talented teams of people, and I would like to personally thank all of them for the huge contribution they have made that has led to this tremendous achievement.”

Paul Devoy, head of Investors in People, said: “This year’s Investors in People Awards were the biggest and best to date. It was fantastic to see so many worthy organisations nominated for outperforming in their sector, demonstrating great people management practice and a commitment to staff development. Congratulations to Mploy for ranking third in the Gold Employer of The Year category.”
