Oxford: Manches LLP hosts GrowthAccelerator seminar
On May 22, 2013, high-growth companies are invited to a free seminar entitled “Growth – the holy grail” in Oxford. The event, hosted by law firm Manches, will look at the service provided by the country’s leading business growth specialist, Growth Accelerator.
Known for delivering uniquely-tailored advice to high-flying businesses, GrowthAccelerator offers companies tailored support through specialist coaching, including accessing finance, leadership and management, business development and innovation.
“Growing the economy is the Government’s top priority. In order to achieve growth a company has to have the people to deliver that growth and those people have to be incentivised,” said Patrick Baddeley, head of share-based incentives at Manches LLP, Thames Valley, which specialises in advising high-growth technology companies.
At the event, Baddeley will explain what steps the Government is taking to encourage employee share ownership, and will highlight a number of questions that companies wishing to implement an employee share ownership plan should be asking themselves.
Duncan Bain, a senior associate in Manches Thames Valley employment team, will explain how companies encountering problems when seeking to recruit employees from overseas can overcome these problems.
Wendy Tindsley, growth manager in Oxfordshire, will explain what GrowthAccelerator is and how companies can benefit from the service.
Joe Miles of Atamate, which has participated in the GrowthAccelerator service, will describe how his company has benefited.
There is no charge for the event and parking is available onsite at Oxford Business Park North.
