Newbury and Thatcham: Gardner Leader wins silver in the Young Conveyancer of the Year award
Chris Dale, solicitor in the residential property team at Newbury and Thatcham law firm Gardner Leader, has won silver in the Young Conveyancer of the Year award at this year's national Law Firm Services (LFS) Conveyancing Awards.
Competing against property solicitors and licensed conveyancers across the UK, Dale was awarded silver for his 'passion and enthusiasm' and the 'excellent, proactive service' he offers his clients.
The judges, who were 'heartened' by his application, described him as 'a team player who understands the customer journey' when buying a property, and an 'excellent young conveyancer'.
Dale, who qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and specialises in residential property, said: "I'm delighted to have won this award. I love what I do and take real joy in helping to guide people through buying a new house, so to get recognition for this is really great."
Stuart Durrant, partner and head of the residential property team at Gardner Leader added: "we're so proud of Chris and his achievements. He's a highly-valued member of the team and has a great career ahead of him in property law."
