A new housing development in Wokingham, which is part of a community-focused housing development, has come onto the market.

David Wilson homes' Landmark Square development is part of the Elms Field regeneration project in the town with the new properties having easy access to new shops, a boutique cinema, hotel, supermarket and a town park and play area.

Rob Allen, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “We’re thrilled to be working in partnership with Wokingham Borough Council to provide an exciting destination for new homebuyers in Wokingham.

“Leisure activities had previously been put on hold but we’re pleased to offer a range of properties at Landmark Square ready for new homebuyers to make the most of this new community in the making.

“We currently have a selection of one and two bedroom properties currently available at the development and we’d encourage anyone interested to book an appointment with our Sales Advisers.”

Landmark Square has achieved a Built for Life Outstanding Award, which recognises the development’s community-led credentials.

There is currently a selection of one and two bedroom properties available at the development with prices starting from £270,000.
