Deal Description: International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised mid-market private equity investor LDC, part of Lloyds Banking Group, on an £11m investment in James and James Fulfilment.  The investment will be used to further enhance its market-leading, software-enabled e-fulfilment proposition.
