French vehicle logistics giant Groupe CAT is moving its UK headquarters to West Point Row in Bradley Stoke near Bristol having taken a five year lease on one of the five units there.

The national offices team at commercial real estate firm Colliers Bristol secured the international firm as the office accommodation's newest tenant.

Colliers acted on behalf of the landlord Southdowns Westpoint Row Ltd jointly with local agent Burston Cook. The French firm, which specialises in cargo and vehicle logistic services to manufacturers, has leased 4,574 sq ft at Unit 2.

"Groupe CAT is very excited about locating its new UK head office in the Bradley Stoke area," said Tom Parry chief financial officer (CFO) UK at Groupe CAT.

"This serves as a great base for recruitment and retention of staff as the offices are bright and welcoming, with a good offering of parking.

"Being a logistics company it suits us being on two of the main motorways of the UK: the M4 and M5 with great access north and south, east and west."

James Preece, director in the national offices team at Colliers Bristol, added: "West Point Row is well located just off Great Park Road in the Bradley Stoke area which gives it excellent access to the M4/M5 interchange.

"We are pleased to have secured Groupe CAT as the latest tenant at the business park and look forward to announcing new occupiers in the near future."

West Point Row provides open plan office space across five units along with bike storage, a kitchenette, and showers.

Recently, the first floor of Unit 5 was also placed under offer, while several parties have viewed the first floor of Unit 3 - the last available office, said Colliers.
