Multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, Jubb continues to grow its presence in the south of England with the appointment of associate director, Alastair Craig, to its relocated Winchester office.
With over 30 years of built environment experience, Craig joins from WFBA where he was responsible for leading over 30 staff and governing the delivery of structural and civil engineering projects.
In this new role, Craig will be responsible for building Jubb’s current client base and developing its Winchester-based office to encompass multidisciplinary services including structural, civil and ground engineering as well as transport planning.
Craig, associate director, says: “This is a fantastic opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to a fast-growing consultancy that I have an enormous respect for. Having led teams that specialised in different areas of the built environment prior to this role, I’m looking forward to building and shaping Jubb’s presence regionally and nationally. Jubb’s ambitious growth plans for the next 12 months and positive working culture really sold me on the business.”
Jonathan Rogers, director of Jubb’s Winchester office adds: “Alastair has a glowing professional reputation that precedes him, which is why we’re so delighted to have him onboard. His appointment opens the door to new opportunities for widening our range of services and growing our outstanding team who we will be welcoming back, post-covid, to our newly relocated Winchester office.”
In recent weeks, Jubb has opened its doors to a newly refurbished 1,261 sq ft office on Jewry Street in Winchester. The firm has invested in upgrades that put an emphasis on flexible working arrangements and collaborative workspaces for its high-calibre engineering team.
Jubb is a multidisciplinary team of engineering and planning design consultants that offers high value advice at all stages of the project cycle: from site acquisition and planning, through to detailed design and procurement and onto asset maintenance and disposals.
