Fanshawe Lofts has just completed the sale of one Dorset’s leading mail fulfilment houses, Polypostals, to Wimborne-based All Sorts UK.

A team from the corporate finance specialists advised Altaf Jeevanjee on the sale of the business he established in 1983. The company specialises in polywrapping and posts some four million items a year for everyone from local organisations such as Bournemouth Tourism to national publishing houses.

David Moxon, of Fanshawe Lofts, successfully brokered the sale to print finishing and mailing business All Sorts UK – which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of printers Pardy & Sons - for an undisclosed sum.

Moxon explained: “There are natural synergies between these two businesses and we were able to bring the parties together knowing that All Sorts were actively looking to add poly wrapping to the services it can directly supply to its client base.

“The successful disposal of the business and its order book will ensure that Polypostals’ clients continue to receive the service they have come to expect and will secure the future of all its employees.

”The teams on both sides all pulled together which meant we were able to complete the deal smoothly and swiftly and I am pleased we’ve been able to achieve a successful outcome for all concerned.”

Polypostals’ employees will be added to the All Sorts team providing a comprehensive range of services from database management to all forms of direct mail fulfilment for clients.

James Aldham, managing director of All Sorts commented: "Polypostals was the ideal business fit for us both in terms of its client base, equipment and geography.

“We also benefited from knowing the business well, having used them as a sub-contractor for many years and being able to add this technology to our own will help us continue to grow our business.”
