Guildford law firm Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Kuoni Travel on its acquisition of Carrier together with its travel agency business Carrier International.
Kuoni Travel, based in Dorking, is a subsidiary of Kuoni Travel Holdings, a leading luxury tourist travel company listed on the Swiss stock exchange. Carrier Limited is the winner of the Conde Nast tour operator of the year 2008 award and specialises in providing customised and service-oriented travel arrangements all over the world.
