Boardroom changes at Oxfordshire security firm Westminster Group
Westminster Group has announced several changes to its board as it looks to streamline its operation.
The AIM listed company announced that Mawuli Ababio will be stepping down from his role as Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the Company's AGM on June 28 and will continue to act as an advisor to the company in international affairs.
Company's Chairman, the Rt Hon. Sir Tony Baldry, will move from the position of Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman.

The company saw revenues rise by 35 per cent when year on year compared to 2021 after securing a number of high profile contracts around the globe.
The Banbury firm saw a 99 per cent decrease in loss after tax to an effective break-even position ÂŁ0.0 compared to 2021 where it suffered a loss of ÂŁ1.9m.
Westminster's Chairman, Rt Hon Sir Tony Baldry, said:"I would like to express my and the Board's appreciation for Mawuli's dedication and hard work over the past few years.
