Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning specialist Campbell West has secured a prestigious triple seal of approval as it strives to enhance quality, environmental and health and safety performance.

The Bracknell-based company has earned key ISO  9001, 14001 and 45001 certification which demonstrate overall commitment to continuous improvement.

Steven Campbell, director at Campbell West, said: “We are all very proud to have secured an ISO accreditation hat-trick which underlines our commitment to outstanding professionalism in everything we do.

“We have implemented quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management systems, to guarantee exceptional results for clients.

“These certifications confirm effective and robust procedures to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement of our operations and an outstanding work environment for all our team.”

Widely recognised as a symbol of commitment to excellence, Campbell West received the ISO certification from Alcumus ISOQAR, a market-leading UKAS-accredited body, following a robust assessment of company procedures.

It is the latest step forward for a company that has seen strong growth since the company was first established in 2017.

Daniel West, director at Campbell West, added: “I’m delighted that we have secured ISO accreditation because it reflects the professionalism of every member of the Campbell West team.

“The company has experienced steady growth over the last six years due to the team’s all-round commitment to delivering top-quality services and we have worked hard to build up a strong reputation.

“We know this will help Campbell West ensure quality, access new markets, comply with regulations, gain a competitive edge, improve processes, manage risks, and build client confidence.”

Campbell West works with clients in both commercial and residential sectors, with customers including NHS Trusts, local government and education settings.

Its recent projects include mechanical services for three new operating theatres at Ashford Hospital, installation of ‘pop-up’ water services for a new outdoor public space and street food area which form part of the prestigious Bishops Square development next to London’s famous Spitalfields Market, and elsewhere in the capital city designing and installing mechanical building services at a high-end residential project in Chelsea.

A new electrical arm of the business was launched recently in response to client demand for an integrated approach to building services work.
