HR professionals, senior managers and business owners are invited to a seminar on recruiting and retaining women in leadership and management roles hosted by Thames Valley law firm Moorcrofts in collaboration with Change Gear.

The morning seminar is free to attend and will take place on Wednesday November 28 from 9am to 11:30am at the historic Bisham Abbey, former home of Elizabeth I and Henry VIII and situated within the National Sports Centre at Bisham, near Marlow.

For many organisations recruiting and retaining women in leadership and management roles is a key priority. With pressure on to increase gender diversity in senior positions and close the gender pay gap, how a business tackles this issue and removes barriers that women encounter at work, is crucial.

Matt Jenkin, Moorcrofts employment partner, said: “Throughout the seminar we will demonstrate how shifting our mindsets and constantly questioning our daily practices is critical if we want to take decisive action on gender equality. Using an innovative and immersive approach we will explore what practical steps can be taken to transform mindsets, develop female talent and foster true cultural and behavioural change.”
