Beaconsfield: Vantis firms join forces
Two of Vantis’ recent acquisitions have joined forces. Vantis Booth Anderson, a Vantis company since 2005 and part of the AIM listed business advisory, tax and accountancy group is moving to the Beaconsfield location during April 2007 to expand the Vantis presence in the Thames Valley.
Vantis Rouse and Vantis Booth Anderson will retain the use of both trading names for the short term and the Beaconsfield location will continue to be lead by Neil Relph. This is the latest strategic move by Vantis, which now operates from 18 offices across England employing around 1,100 staff.
Vantis Rouse is an established general practice firm that is based in Station Road, Beaconsfield, South Buckinghamshire. The company employs over 50 team members and provides a variety of business and wealth management services to clients across the county.
Vantis Booth Anderson, in joining the Beaconsfield team, will commence the delivery of strategic growth required by the Thames Valley hub. This, together with an ongoing recruitment drive at Beaconsfield, will result in a team of 75 professional staff including 13 client partners by the end of the quarter.
Commenting on the Vantis Booth Anderson move, David Rankin MD of Vantis Core Practice highlights that “this builds on our objective to have a strong, solid footprint across the Thames Valley region. We focus on building the Beaconsfield hub by expanding the team and skills base through service and sector specialists that allow us to offer a higher quality service to our clients”.
Commenting on the relocation from London, Ralph Crane, managing partner of Vantis Booth Anderson, said: “We are delighted to be joining the Vantis Team at Beaconsfield. Vantis Rouse is a successful and established accounting and business advisory services firm with an excellent reputation and a highly motivated team. The move is integral in extending Vantis’ geographical reach in the Thames Valley and will provide all Beaconsfield clients with access to additional services and capabilities to support their growth”.
Neil Relph, managing partner at Vantis Rouse, commented: “Joining forces with Booth Anderson allows us to offer a wider variety of services and expertise to our clients while retaining the highly personal service that we already provide. It is business as usual here and we’re looking forward to developing our clients’ business together from Beaconsfield”.
