Abingdon: Crossland to host seminar on employment law, with topics including arson

In the wake of the devastating arson attack on South Oxfordshire District Council, Abingdon-based Crossland Employment Solicitors is hosting a free-to-attend 'Employment Law Update' seminar covering an array of topics including the employment implications of a company that falls victim to fire.

The event will be held on March 19 at Crossland’s offices at Milton Park, Abingdon, and hosted in partnership with The Career Boutique and UK business immigration specialists Migrate UK.

Visitors will be able to discover and discuss how recent employment law changes could affect their business, with topics including: changes to holiday pay, consulting about redundancy, shared parental leave, references in an age of social media, and employment obligations following an arson attack.

Coffee and bacon rolls will be available from 8.30am for a 9am start. The seminar will run until 11am followed by the chance to put questions to a panel of employment experts.
