The South Coast Property Awards are an annual fixture on the southern property sector’s corporate calendar.

Always featuring the presentation of a diverse and all-encompassing range of awards, we see nominations flooding in from all over the south of England.

This year’s event will feature sixteen awards covering everything from housebuilders and property law firms to commercial landlords and sustainable development projects.

As hotly contested as these categories are, there’s one particular accolade at the South Coast Property Awards that stands out as being especially prestigious.

Closed to external nominations, the Outstanding Contribution Award will be presented to the individual that has made the significant impact on the property sector in the region over a number of years.

This award is sponsored by Amiri Construction, longstanding headline sponsor of the awards, and seeks to recognise a pioneering leader in southern property who has gone above and beyond to drive innovation and success throughout their time working in the sector.

This special judges’ award is always a highlight of the evening, as we give a worthy winner the spotlight they deserve.

If you’d like the chance to be crowned a winner at the South Coast’s property event of the year, now is the time to head over to the event page and submit your nominations.

As always, our black-tie gala event will bring together all of the top agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers in the region for an unmissable night of networking and awards.

This year’s South Coast Property Awards will be held at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl on the 6th of June 2024.

Thank you again to Amiri Construction, our headline sponsor, for sponsoring the Outstanding Contribution Award.
