Three things to consider when telling the Growth Story of the Year

The Solent 250 ranking highlights the incredible work of businesses in the South of England - particularly how they have developed and grown in the past year.

As we look forward to the ranking’s private dinner and awards ceremony which is to be held in the coming year, we’re looking for candidates to have a chance of taking home one of our sought-after trophies.

Sponsored by CMA Recruitment Group, the Growth Story of the Year will be presented to the company that has demonstrated the most considerable year-on-year growth within the qualifying period.

While this award looks fundamentally at the growth your company has experienced, there are other factors to consider that will give your nomination the necessary boost to help you take home the title.

Here are three things to consider when telling us about the Growth Story of the Year:

How do you plan to continue your growth?

We’re not looking for a nominee whose impressive growth story is ending; we’re looking for a member of the Solent community who will continue to develop in an impactful way that makes them stand out within the region. Showing that you have realistic and attainable plans for the future will put you in favour of our independent judges.

Have you had a positive influence on the Solent region?

There are many ways to grow in a way that is positively impactful on the world of business around you. From collaborating with other businesses, new or established, to working closely with local clients, there are many ways to develop your organisation in a way that not only has exponentially postitive effects for you but also for those working alongside you.

Do you have a compelling story to tell?

With every company on the ranking vying to be the one to lift this coveted award, you’ll need a nomination that’s a cut above the rest. If you’ve been successful in overcoming adversity, implementing innovative initiatives or pioneering new technologies and strategies, we want to hear about it.

Think you’ve got what it takes to win the Growth Story of the Year?

Head over to the Solent 250 ranking page to find out more details about how you can be the one to take home the trophy.

Thank you again to CMA Recruitment Group for sponsoring this award.
