Due to popular demand, extra tickets are now available for this Thursday's highly anticipated "Walk, Talk, and Collaborative Lunch" event organised by South Coast CPS.
Commencing at the iconic office building situated at 100 Holdenhurst Road, attendees will have a guided tour led by Nella Pang of Omega RE, featuring an insightful retrofit discussion by Gary Wilburn of EG Projects.
Subsequently, Kevin Marsh of Savills will lead an engaging walking tour through Bournemouth Town Centre, showcasing development opportunities and progress. A notable highlight of the event will be a visit to Bobbys, where participants will gain exclusive access to behind-the-scenes insights into the refurbishment process and learn about the exciting development plans from Nick Coupe of Verve Properties Ltd.
We will finish the walking tour at The Nici, Bournemouth and will hear from a panel of speakers hosted by Timo Peach, to understand the opportunities, costs of materials for development and why to invest in the BCP region.
Panelists include: Kevin Marsh, Head of Licensed Leisure at Savills, Caroline Peach, Head of Strategic Planning at BCP Council, Bryony Thompson, Chartered Surveyor at Vail Williams, Simone Ippolito of Bournemouth Chamber of Trade & Commerce and Carl Battle, Branch Director at Elliotts Builders Merchant.
"This event promises to be an invaluable opportunity for anyone interested in the future of Bournemouth's commercial landscape," said Lucy Richmond, event organiser.
"With additional tickets now available, we encourage all those who are passionate about investment and development to secure their place."
