Three reasons you should enter the Sustainable Development Project of the Year

The biggest event in the South Coast property sector’s corporate calendar is back in full swing, and there’s plenty of awards up for grabs.

We’re looking to recognise every facet of the industry from construction and architecture to dealmaking and property law.

A factor of business becoming ever more significant in today’s world is sustainability and ESG – to reflect this, awards celebrating companies making a real impact with their dedication to sustainability are a common fixture in the South Coast Property Awards.

Sponsored by Barratt Homes, the Sustainable Development Project of the Year will be presented to the company responsible for the most environmentally conscious and energy efficient development.

But why should you bother entering your projects into the South Coast Property Awards? Here are three reasons why:

Promote your environmental impact

Whether you’ve made significant efforts to reduce the negative environmental impacts of your development or made positive impacts to the climate through utilising renewable energy sources and natural materials, entering the South Coast Property Award 2024 are a great way to show off your improved processes.

Show that you’re the best at what you do

Completing a highly sustainable project in full takes a considerable amount of planning and demonstrates strong and effective leadership. From the original planning and the logistical elements of transporting your materials to the construction process and the effects of your build on local biodiversity, winning this award certifies you as the most efficient developer in the South Coast region.

Be seen by the biggest names in the South Coast region

As always, our black-tie gala event will bring together all the top agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers in the region for an unmissable night of networking and awards. With every noteworthy organisation vying for the chance to be crowned a winner at this year’s event, now is the time to enter for your chance to be defined as the best-of-the-best.

Nominations are open now – don't miss out on the South Coast region’s property event of the year!

Thank you again to Barratt Homes for sponsoring this award.
