Magnificent 7: Architects in the South Coast region

Architectural practices play a crucial role in the vibrant landscape of the South Coast region. Contributing significantly to urban planning, they ensure that new developments are both sustainable and fit with the area's distinctive character.  

The demand for environmentally conscious designs is met through innovative practices that effectively counter challenges like climate change and population growth. The work of the region’s architects is instrumental in fostering a sense of identity and community pride. 

As a part of the South Coast Property Awards 2024, we’re looking to crown the Architectural Practice of the Year. Sponsored by The Escape, this award will be presented to the practice that has most excelled either on one project or a series throughout the qualifying period. 

But with so many of these practices being responsible for some truly incredible work within the region, who will take home the trophy? We’ve put together a list of seven companies who could be in with a good chance:
