Onecom has been approved as an Apple authorised reseller, an accreditation which enables the company to offer all business customers access to the entire Apple eco-system.

Onecom will have a dedicated Apple account manager to support staff in delivering enhanced customer engagement for the Apple proposition. Onecom has committed that 100 sales, service and technical employees will receive comprehensive training across the Apple product portfolio.

Enterprise customers will benefit from innovative services including Apple Business Manager which includes Volume Purchase Program and Apple Device Enrolment Program, which allows Onecom to automate mobile device management enrolment and initial setup without touching the devices.

The company, which currently sells around £1 million worth of Apple products each month, expects the relationship to generate a 30% uplift in sales of the Apple range including the recently-announced iPhone XS, XS Max and XR range, Apple Watch, iPads and Apple Mac computers, along with AppleCare and Apple’s complete range of authorised accessories.

Onecom CEO Darren Ridge said: “We are excited about the new relationship and the benefit that the accreditation provides, which will greatly enhance the range of choice we are able to offer to our business customers.

“This  strategic relationship greatly builds upon our existing offering to customers who favour Apple products, enabling us to offer unprecedented access to devices from across the entire Apple eco-system, with expert support from our fully-trained specialists.”

Onecom, which has headquarters in Whiteley, Hampshire, is the UK’s largest independent business telecommunications provider, operating from 10 regional offices, including Cardiff, Belfast, Southampton, Plymouth, Leeds, Telford, Norwich and Brighton.

The company currently manages over 325,000 mobile connections, delivering communication services and unified solutions across fixed line voice, connectivity and cloud computing to some of the UK’s most dynamic companies.
