Tech companies across the Thames Valley have just a few days to get their entries in for the prestigious annual sector awards.

The awards evening is on September 19 at Royal Berkshire Conference Centre, Madejski Stadium, Reading.
Guest speaker is Simon Moores, an applied futurist and a contributor to Sky News and the BBC.
Simon Moores is the managing director of Zentelligence (Research) and a former ‘Technology Ambassador’ for the British Government. He is a vice president of the Westminster-based Conservative Science and Technology Forum.
Moores is recognised as an authority on information security risk, the influence of social media, the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence and emerging field of digital ethics. He has advised and assisted prominent organisations and governments in grasping the impact of the many converging technology challenges shaping the future. He is the author of ‘March of the Spiders’ and a co-author of ‘A Digital Plan for Britain.’
Pursuing a passion for aviation as an experienced commercial pilot who has worked with the BBC, Sky News and Channel 4 News. He is involved in professional air display work in the summer months. Moores is also a visiting lecturer at the School of Law, Criminal Justice & Computing (Faculty of Social & Applied Sciences) at Canterbury Christ Church University.
An international conference speaker and Guardian newspaper contributor, Moores has been rated as being among the Top 10 of UK ‘Tech Thought Leaders'.
