Business solutions company Arrow has announced the acquisition of cloud and data centre provider AIMES Management Services, making it the third acquisition this year.
AIMES' range of accredited cloud and data centre services support health, local government and social housing entities.
To ensure a smooth transition for all of its clients, all of the directors and employees of AIMES will be staying on and will work within the Arrow Group.
Arrow was assisted on the acquisition by both Deloitte, led by Deborah Angel, and RSM, led by Rob McCarthy. Knight CF, led by Paul Billingham and David Middleton, and Brabners, led by Rupert Gill, assisted AIMES.
